We had lived in West Linn for over ten years before moving to the river.  We had no idea what living on the river was like.  As it turns out, moving to the river was more wonderful than we could have ever imagined.

A great benefit of this location is the bay on the Willamette River that the dock sits in. There can be times of complete solitude on the river and then there are times with a lot of boating activity.

Cedar Oak elementary is a short walk away.

Downtown Portland is a 20 minutes drive.

PDX Airport is a 30 minutes drive.

Great parks in the area include Mary S. Young State Park, a short walk away.

Basic shopping, Chevron gas station and banking are all right up the street.
